Refund and Return Policy

At Wapper Bracelets, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items will be assessed upon receipt to ensure they meet our return requirements. Wapper Bracelets reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wapper-bracelets.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted. To evaluate the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Contact us immediately at info@wapper-bracelets.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom items, including personalized or made-to-order products.
  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed. The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to make a new purchase after returning the original. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the initial purchase (excluding any applicable fees).


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify for this cooling-off period:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs and liability for lost or damaged packages during transit are the responsibility of the customer. Wapper Bracelets reserves the right to offer a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Administrative or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that Wapper Bracelets is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@wapper-bracelets.com.


General Limitations of Liability

  • Wapper Bracelets is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
  • This policy is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
